This video posted today on YouTube is Tim Silverwood’s TEDxNewy talk on the growing scourge of plastic pollution. As I’ve mentioned in previous posts, Tim Silverwood is an Austaralian surfer, a passionate ocean advocate, eloquent speaker and proponent of cleaning up our ocean and beaches. He is the founder of Take 3 Clean Beach Initiative and is currently working on a documentary about this very urgent problem. Watch this video and you will be inspired to renounce the disposal life that plastic use has created. I for one am ready to initiate my own Take 3 beach clean up and I hope you are too.
