I just added one more holiday design to my line of pressed seaweed greeting cards. I am calling this one “Sea Brush” and I have to confess, this one is my favorite. I was inspired by the serenity of bare trees just before the first snow.
For those you who live locally in Santa Cruz, I will be selling my cards and original pressed seaweed collages this weekend at the Seymour Center’s annual holiday craft show, Jingle Shells. If you have never been there, you must come to shop locally for unique wares from dozens of talented and creative artisans. It is a wonderful holiday experience. Take a stroll outside to take in the stunning panoramic views of the Monterey Bay. Stick around until 5:30 for the lighting of the whale skeleton that lives outside the museum. Hours are from 12-5.
